Award-winning actor, author and piano virtuoso Hershey Felder will present the world premiere of his newest work, Hershey Felder, A Paris Love Story, featuring the music of the great Impressionist composer Claude Debussy, in April 2019. Hershey Felder, A Paris Love Story, written and performed by Felder and directed by Trevor Hay, will have its world premiere at TheatreWorks, Silicon Valley, in Mountain View, CA., April 3-May 5. The production will next play May 8-19 at the Laguna Playhouse, Laguna Beach, CA., and May 24-June 9 at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA.
Felder’s 2019 US tour features Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin from January 9-February 17 at the Actors Theatre of Louisville in Louisville, KY., and from June 21-June 30 at Hartford Stage, Hartford, CT., and Hershey Felder, Beethoven from February 21-March 24 at San Diego Repertory Theatre in San Diego, CA.
Felder will also present author and musician Mona Golabek in The Pianist of Willesden Lane, based on the book, The Children of Willesden Lane, written by Golabek and Lee Cohen, and adapted for the stage by Felder. The production will play from May 10-26 at Le Petit Théâtre Du Vieux Carré, in New Orleans, LA.
